Terms of Service

Last updated: April 23, 2026

1. Acceptance

By using amiwebagency.com (the “Site”) or engaging AMI for services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or engage the services.

2. Services

AMI is a one-person marketing studio offering the following engagement types to Shopify brands and Shopify app makers:

  • Brand + Website — a fixed-scope project including positioning, visual identity, and a launch-ready site
  • Growth Marketing — a monthly retainer covering end-to-end marketing
  • Content + Social — a monthly retainer for content and social output

3. Client engagements

The specific terms of a paid engagement — scope, fees, timelines, ownership of deliverables, revisions, kill fees, termination — are set out in the signed Statement of Work or engagement letter between AMI and the client. If anything in these Terms conflicts with the signed engagement document, the engagement document controls.

4. Intellectual property

All content on this Site — text, graphics, logos, and code — is the property of AMI and protected by applicable copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

Case study samples, mockups, and demonstrations shown publicly on the Site are for illustrative purposes. Any resemblance to specific brands outside named case studies is coincidental.

5. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. AMI does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free. Marketing outcomes depend on many factors outside AMI’s control; no specific revenue, traffic, or conversion result is guaranteed.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AMI shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or the services. Total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid to AMI for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

7. Third-party links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. AMI is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of those sites. A link is not an endorsement.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, where AMI is based, without regard to conflict of law principles. Individual engagement documents may specify a different governing law or dispute-resolution forum, and will control in the event of a conflict with this section.

9. Changes

These Terms may be modified from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
